I currently train my clients out of The Westroads Club, private club houses and in homes. The private clubhouses and in home training is based on the equipment available. If I determine that a client’s clubhouse or home gym is inadequate to attain their goals a membership to The Westroads Club would need purchased to train with me. I also have an option to train online.
My program includes one on one personal training sessions, physical fitness assessment and analysis, nutrition analysis, and cardio assignments. I track all these to make sure my clients reach the goals that we set. The personal training session includes aerobic and anaerobic exercises. That means I utilize strength training and cardio training in each session to maximize results. The length of each training session depends on the current fitness level of the client. One session is equal to one of my workout cards. I currently have designed 34 different workout cards and 2 cardio routine cards to continually challenge my clients. The physical assessment & analysis is a great tool to track progress. When I meet with the client for the first time I will take body fat percentage, girth measurements, and body weight. Measurements are taken every 4-6 weeks to track progress. The nutrition analysis is important for client’s goals and is a continuing process. When I first meet I will calculate the clients body fat percentage as well as lean mass vs. fat mass. This will allow me to set a daily caloric goal for each individual. Since everyone is different no two programs are alike. The cardio assignments are provided to my clients and are to be completed in between the one on one sessions. The cardio routines are on a workout card and are designed to be brief and effective. Most cardio routines range from 5-20 minutes. Online training is just as it sounds. The client will give me a list of the equipment that is available to them. I will then design workout cards for them to use. Each workout card comes with an explanation sheet, which walks the online client through the workout. The workout cards and explanation sheet will be emailed for the client to have on their computer. I use Microsoft Excel to design the workout cards and Microsoft Word for the explanation sheet. Any online training clients that would like to utilize this program would need Microsoft Office on their computer or the program. I mail the cards and explanation sheets to those who don't have Microsoft Office. | Personal Training Fee Schedule
